SCRIPTURES & PRAISE

TODAY'S SCRIPTURES:

2 CORINTHIANS 11:24-27, 30-31

24 From the Jews five times I (PAUL) received forty stripes minus one.
25 Three times I was beaten with rods;
once I was stoned; three times I was shipwrecked; a night and a day I have
been in the deep;
26 in journeys often, in perils of waters,
in perils of robbers, in perils of my own countrymen, in perils of the Gentiles, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren;
27 in weariness and toil, in sleeplessness often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.

30 If I must boast, I will boast in the things which concern my infirmity.
31 The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed forever, knows that
I am not lying.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURES:

MATTHEW 4: 23-24

23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people
24 Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURES:

JOHN 13:34-35

34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another;
as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love
for one another.”

TODAY'S SCRIPTURES:

NUMBERS  23:8-9

“How shall I curse whom God has not cursed?And how shall I denounce whom
the Lord has not denounced?
For from the top of the rocks I see him,
And from the hills I behold him;
There! A people dwelling alone,
Not reckoning itself among the nations.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURES:

ACTS 28:3, 5, 8-9

But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, a viper came out because of the heat, and fastened on his hand.

But he shook off the creature into the fire and suffered no harm.

And it happened that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and dysentery. Paul went in to him and prayed, and he laid his hands on him and healed him.
So when this was done, the rest of those on the island who had diseases also came and were healed.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURES:

LUKE 10:17-20

17 Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.”
18 And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.
19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
20 Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather  rejoice because your names are written in heaven.”

SCRIPTURES & PRAISE

TODAY'S SCRIPTURES:

ACTS 27:9-11, 21, 25-26, 44

Now when much time had been spent, and sailing was now dangerous because the Fast was already over, Paul advised them,
10 saying, “Men, I perceive that this voyage will end with disaster and much loss, not only of the cargo and ship, but also our lives.”
11 Nevertheless the centurion was more persuaded by the helmsman and the owner of the ship than by the things spoken by Paul.

21 But after long abstinence from food, then Paul stood in the midst of them and said, “Men, you should have listened to me, and not have sailed from Crete and incurred this disaster and loss.

25 Therefore take heart, men, for I believe God that it will be just as it was told me.
26 However, we must run aground on a certain island.”

 44 and the rest, some on boards and some on parts of the ship. And so it was that they all escaped safely to land.
