 13 I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth. 

 
15 And I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.

Thus the children of Israel did not remember the Lord their God, who had delivered them from the hands of all their enemies on every side.

11 Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Zion!
Declare His deeds among the people.
12 When He avenges blood, He remembers them;
He does not forget the cry of the humble.

HAVING EARS TO HEAR!
